Intensive full season skills course for Skiers & Snowboarders
Duration: 11 Weeks of Coaching & 12 weeks of Accommodation
This course focuses on the fun stuff… and you can fully customize to suits your needs!
If you need a serious season of skiing or snowboarding but don’t necessarily need all the certifications, here is your chance to master the mountain? You will receive coaching from the top professionals who are normally reserved for training instructors and dramatically improve your all mountain skiing or riding skills without the stress of all those pesky exams… (Okay we’ll still include CSIA or CASI level 1 Certification just for the heck of it!).
If you want to expand your horizons further, that’s no problem. With the All Mountain Maniac course we offer all the regular certifications, backcountry training and activities from our signature S.L.T. (Snowsport Leadership Training) program a la carte!
Course Structure
On the ‘All Mountain Maniac’ you will receive a full day of coaching 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday). You will also have the option to join in with the S.L.T. students on some extra sessions or indoor theory workshops if you desire.
There is also the opportunity to add a la carte any of the certification courses taken by the S.L.T. students such as CSIA/CASI level 2, CSIA/CASI Snow Park Instructor, Avalanche Safety Training 1 or 2, Wilderness First Aid. On weekends you have the option of free skiing/riding, or other planned group activities. If you like you can even participate in a snow school work practicum.

Add AST 1 & Intro to Backcountry Overnight Tour: + $500
CSIA/CASI Snow Park Trained Status: + $285 + Tax
Add Wilderness First Aid and CPR C (includes FA Kit): + $500 = Tax
Add AST 2 & advanced backcountry skills module at Mt Cain: + $800 = Tax
12th week of Coaching: + $295 + Tax
Add CSIA/CASI level 2 Exams fees: Early + $580 – or late + $680 + Tax
Bonus 13th Week – Surf Trip/freeski: add $375 + Tax
Add Helicopter Access Ski Tour: + $900 1 day + $1200 2 day (depending on location and numbers)
Vancouver Trip to watch NHL hockey Game: + $285 = Taxes
Bungee Jumping: (Approximately $100)
Victoria Pub Crawl: (transport and accommodation) = Depends on Number of Participants
Vancouver Island Mystery Adventures: (Depends on activity)
What’s Included?
Included in the costs: 12 weeks shared slope side accommodation, weekday evening meals (Monday to Friday), full seasons pass at Mt. Washington Resort (good for XC and night skiing), 11 weeks of coaching fees (4 days per week), CSIA/CASI level 1 exam and membership fees, video analysis, some organized activities and social events, certificate of completion.
Addtional Costs: Transportation to Vancouver Island, Travel medical insurance (mandatory) or trip cancellation insurance (optional), breakfast lunches and weekend dinners, personal ski and snowboard equipment, additional certifications course options, addtional road trips and extra curricular activities, spending money.
