Step #1:

To register for an instructor course please read the terms and conditions then you may then fill out the form to the left on this page.
Or if you prefer the old fashioned method you may download all forms from the menu above and send by email, fax or post.

Step #2:

We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance. You will then be required to pay your initial deposit in order confirm your position on the course.

Step#3:

Sign and return the Medical Form, Waiver of Liability and Code of Conduct forms. These must be submitted prior to participation in a Section 8 course.

Step #4:

The balance of the course fees are due 60 days prior to the start date of the program.
